If you want to convert MP3, OGG, WAV, OGG, WMA without quality loss, try this one. It is a free program called as Audio Convert Merge Free. Just like its name, beside converting it also has the capability to merge these audio files. Just like most free audio converter tools out there, it is also pretty easy to use. The program provides a number of options so that you can configure the audio quality before starting the audio conversion or joining task.
After adding the audio files that you want to convert or merge, you can specify the quality level for the output. Either you can use the quality preset and the quality slider to control the quality level or you can configure your own settings. It’s up to you. Don’t forget to choose the desired audio format for the result.
If you want to set a custom audio quality, then go ahead to the Settings window. The default preset is the CD quality. Use the slider to set how much quality you want for the audio. Higher quality means larger size and vice versa. The second option is where you can specify a custom setting. Select it and click on the Configure button to display the [Configure MP3 Settings] window. As you can see from the picture below, here you can select an audio mode (stereo, mono, joint stereo, dual channels) and choose constant or variable bit rate.
Once you click the Convert or Merge button, depending on the action you want the software to perform, you can specify the folder destination to save the output.
If you want to merge the files instead of converting, you can arrange the order of the files before merging. There is no up/down arrow to move file but you can drag and drop it to the change the position.
Audio Convert Merge Free is a freeware designed to work with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 and Windows 2000.
